Cancelling an Order

Changed your mind before we even had a chance to pack it? No problem! Just email us at [insert email] to cancel. No hard feelings—like a game night with no snacks, it’s a bit of a letdown, but we’ll fix it in a jiffy!

Modifying an Order

Once you hit that order button, our team jumps into action faster than a chess master on a timer! Once it's in motion, we can’t hit pause. But if you reach out to us before it ships, we’ll do our best to make it right—no guarantees, but we’ll try our hardest!

Exchanges

Picked the wrong game or had a change of heart? No worries! Just send back your unopened game within 30 days, and we’ll happily swap it for one that’s more your gaming style—because every gamer deserves the perfect match.

  1. Heads up, you only get one exchange per order, so choose wisely!
  2. Send us an email prior with details of your exchange along with a receipt or proof of purchase!
  3. Only regular priced items may be exchanged.
  4. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returned items.
  5. Make sure the exchanged item is in its original, undamaged, and unopened packaging. Items not following this will not be exchanged.
  6. After posting, give us a heads-up by email or phone.
  7. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll notify you via email about your exchange.

Refunds & Returns

Had a change of heart and need to “Undo” your purchase? While our default move is to offer exchanges, we understand that sometimes a refund is the best play, so we’ve got your back. Return unopened items within 15 days, and we’ll hit the refund button for you—

  1. Send us an email prior with details of your return (reason for your return, product name, and order number) along with a receipt or proof of purchase!
  2. Do not return the product before we have confirmed your details and request.
  3. Only regular priced items may be refunded; Sale items are non-refundable.
  4. You’ll need to cover the shipping costs for returned items.
  5. Make sure returns are in their original packaging, complete with accessories and manuals, and in good condition.
  6. After posting, give us a heads-up by email or phone.
  7. Items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be refunded—no one wants to play with a damaged deck.
  8. Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll notify you via email about your refund.
  9. Refunds, when applicable, will include the full purchase price including sales tax, minus shipping costs and are made to the original payment method, usually within 5-15 business days.

Received the Wrong Product

If you received the wrong product, please contact us and provide your order number, the product you did receive, and the product you should have received. We will work with you directly to resolve the issue.

Shipment of Damaged or Missing Parts

If a part of your product is defective, damaged, or missing (happens to the best of games!), contact us ASAP at [insert email]. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement to your original shipping address at no extra cost.

Just Remember

Unless the goods are faulty or were sent in error, you’re responsible for returning the goods. We are not liable for losses or damages during transportation. For peace of mind, we suggest using a recorded delivery service with insurance—proof of posting is not proof of receipt!
