Why Loyalty Points?
At 3joygames, we’re all about showing you the love! That’s why we’ve set up a loyalty points system to say "thanks" for supporting us. Every time you make a purchase (including flash sales, but excluding gift vouchers), you earn joy points. Rack up enough of them, and you can spend them on whatever you like on our site!
How Do I Earn Points?
You’ll see the number of joy points you can earn listed under each item and in your order summary.
Every product earns points, but how much depends on the type of product.
If your total order exceeds a certain amount, you will unlock extra points.
If your total number of orders with us reaches a certain number, you will unlock extra points.
Pre-order products? They definitely come with a bonus!
There are also limited-time events that would get you points.
Points will be added when your order ships, so don’t expect them to show up before then. A quick note: Your joy points have a lifespan of 1 year. So, don’t let them turn into dust like that old candy bar you left in your jacket pocket last winter. Use ‘em before they expire!
How Do I Spend My Joy Points?
After each order, your joy points total will grow, and you can check your balance in your account under the "My Joy Points" section.
You can convert your joy points into discount coupons at 4 exciting levels:
20 Joy Points = €1
50 Joy Points = €2.5
100 Joy Points = €5
150 Joy Points = €7.5
200 Joy Points = €10
These magical coupons are valid for 2 months from when they’re created and can be stacked with other promotions. But be warned: these coupons are like one-shot deals – they can’t be divided up.

Can I earn points on shipping costs? No, you cannot. In calculating the points earned, shipping costs are excluded.
Can I earn points when using loyalty points, coupons, or gift vouchers? Yes, an order using loyalty points, coupons, or gift vouchers will also be rewarded with loyalty points corresponding to the final amount (after using the points or the gift voucher). The calculation will be prorated according to the use of these reductions.
Can anyone earn points? Visitors who choose to buy as guests cannot claim the points. Only members can, so make sure you log in before making your purchase.
Terms of Use:
Loyalty points can be used on all products, including those already discounted.
Points may not be used for anything else other than a voucher.
Points cannot be transferred to another customer account.
Points are awarded upon receipt of your order and will be deducted in the event of canceled orders.
Only round numbers of points can be redeemed into a voucher.
Vouchers issued with loyalty points live for a year – that's 365 days of pure joy!
